Serenata Caffè is the trading name of Relax Park Sh.P.K., a company registered in Kosovo. Relax Park Sh.P.K. is the controller responsible for the personal data described here.

We collect only the information you choose to send through our contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Message content

Nothing is collected automatically and nothing is collected without your consent.

Your information is used strictly for:

• Replying to your enquiry
• Arranging reservations and events
• Improving how we serve guests

Our legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the contact form. You can withdraw it at any time and we will stop.

We never use your details for marketing without your explicit permission.

We keep contact form messages for up to twelve months and then delete them. They are not stored in a permanent database and we do not build a mailing list out of them.

If you want your message deleted sooner, write to privacy@mebigx.com and we will remove it without delay.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not profile visitors and we do not build audiences from your visit.

We use Resend to deliver the contact form email, and your message then sits in a Google mailbox. Both companies are based in the United States, so your message leaves Kosovo and is stored abroad.

Neither company receives your data for purposes of their own. We do not sell, rent or share your details with marketing companies.

You may ask us at any time to:

• See what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information entirely
• Restrict how we use it
• Object to us using it
• Receive a copy in a portable format
• Withdraw a consent you gave earlier

Write to privacy@mebigx.com and we will answer within thirty days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Information and Privacy Agency, the supervisory authority for data protection in Kosovo.

Form input is sanitised to prevent injection and cross site scripting. We apply security headers and use a hidden honeypot field to stop automated spam.
