Serenata Caffè is the trading name of Relax Park Sh.P.K., a company registered in Kosovo, at Rr. Rrustem Statovci 99, Parku i Qytetit, 10000 Prishtinë.

These terms apply when you visit us, book a table or hold an event in our space.

Serenata offers:

• Coffee and cold drinks
• Reservations for groups
• Private events in our space

All services depend on availability and some require booking in advance.

We recommend booking for:

• Groups of four or more
• Weekend evenings
• Private events

Please cancel at least two hours ahead. Repeated no shows may affect future bookings.

We take cash in euro only. Cards and contactless payment are not available at the moment.

All prices are shown in euro and include any applicable tax.

We ask every guest to:

• Treat other guests and our staff with respect
• Keep noise at a reasonable level
• Follow the park regulations
• Order your drinks from us rather than bringing your own
• Clear your table if you bring something to eat

Something small you brought with you, a byrek or a pastry, is no problem. A whole meal spread across the table is. Drinks are the one thing we ask you to buy from us, because serving them is what keeps this place running.

We may refuse service to anyone who ignores these guidelines.

Serenata is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen personal belongings
• Allergic reactions where ingredients were not declared to us
• Closures caused by weather or park works
• Interruptions to third party services

Guests remain responsible for their own belongings and safety. Please tell our staff about any allergy before ordering.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo. Any dispute we cannot settle between us falls to the courts of Prishtinë.

We may update these terms at any time, and changes take effect once published on this page.
